Winter Market

Winter Market give a whole new opportunity for the community to support local growers, makers and artisans. Winter Market also provides Farmers Market staples like community yoga and performances by local musicians. Held every Saturday 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. through February 2022 at Ogden's Union Station.

Farmers Market Ogden

Farmers Market Ogden brings over 200 local vendors to Ogden's Historic 25th Street. Hand made goods, unique delicious treats, live music, community yoga, local produce and free community activities can all be found every Saturday May 28th through September 10th, 2022.

Fall Market

Fall Market strives to expand the opportunity for local growers to provide their surplus to the community beyond the Summer season. Access to locally grown foods throughout multiple seasons supports the efforts to fight food scarcity and continues to provide an economic impact within Ogden City.

Hello Ogden! Who's ready for another weekend of Farmers Market Ogden?!

This weekend we might be having a rainy day market with temperatures in the mid-80s, so bring your rain jackets and enjoy the cooler weather (we know we will be enjoying a break from the heat!) We are a rain or shine market so we will be open regardless! 🌧️

Produce seen at the market last week included: tomatoes, sweet corn, cherries, berries (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries), the very first peaches of the season, apricots, melons (watermelons and cantaloupes), carrots, beets, leafy greens, a variety of mushrooms and summer squash! Come down and get your groceries for the week πŸ‘ πŸ… 🌽

For those of you that have tickets, it is also an Ogden Twilight night this Saturday! The Shins will be performing their 21st Anniversary Tour and we're so excited to welcome them back to Ogden. While it is later in the day, there might be some congestion downtown. Make sure to carpool, use public transit and use the parking garages to avoid traffic!

Community Yoga 🧘
Community Yoga this week will be taught by Alyssa Post. Community Yoga starts at 9 am in the Municipal Park next to Historic 25th Street. Yoga is free every Saturday, just bring your own mat and water with you.

Ogden Soccer ⚽
Ogden Soccer will be running drills and scrimmaging for free! This is for kids of all ages so make sure to check it out, drills will start at 10 am right after yoga!

Live Music 🎹
Raspberry Protocol will be performing on the main stage at 9:30 am, Mark Dee and The Foundation will follow their act at 11:30 am. There are several busker stations up and down 25th street so there are plenty of other chances to hear some music!

Berries and Apricots and Flowers oh my! Summer Market and produce are finally in full swing πŸ“πŸ‘πŸŒΈ This Saturday is International Friendship Day and you know what they say, besties that support locally together, stay together. πŸ‘­ Saturday is expected to be hot and sunny with temperatures in the high 90s. Please bring sun protection for yourself and others with whom you come to the market, including pets.

Some produce now in season: berries (blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries), cherries, apricots, corn, leafy greens (spinach, herbs, etc.) If you are coming to the market for produce, make sure you get to the market early to get the best variety!

Beets & Beats is this Saturday! You are still able to apply to participate until tomorrow afternoon, the winner of Beets & Beats will receive a $500 cash prize! Artists painting their conceptualization of what the market means and creating their rendition of the Farmers Market Ogden beet logo on 4'x4' plywood. Beets and Beats 2022 is next weekend, Saturday, July 30!

If you don't know about Beets and Beats, it's an annual artist "paint-off" in the Municipal Gardens beginning at 10 a.m. and participants will have just two hours to paint.

A selection of local artists will be painting their conceptualization of what the market means and creating their rendition of the Farmers Market Ogden beet logo on 4'x4' plywood. Join us at the municipal gardens on the corner of Historic 25th Street and Grant Avenue to watch artists in action, vote for your favorite and enjoy live music...the beats to go with the beets πŸ˜‰.

The winning artist will receive a cash prize of $500 from Ogden Downtown Alliance!
*Interested artists & creatives may apply by emailing jessica@ogdendowntown.com with the subject line: BEETS. Artist application deadline is Friday, July 22.

This Saturday is National Cherry Day, which is in our opinion the best day for a market day because everyone knows that Utah Cherries are the best! πŸ’

This Saturday is also Farm Days in the City in the Municipal Park. There will be tractors and farm equipment. 🀠 🚜 This week is expected to be incredibly hot, with midday temperatures reaching up to 101 degrees. Please make sure you bring sun protection for yourself, your children, and your pets. This includes hats, water bottles, sunscreen, and booties for your dogs. Make sure to take plenty of breaks in the shade and drink plenty of water! Here are some other highlights for this weekend.

Community Yoga 🧘
Yoga will still be taking place with Farm Days in the City this week at 9 am like usual, it will be taking place on the East side of the Municipal Park closer to the Amphitheatre. Sylvia Newman will be your instructor this week. Please bring your own mats and water bottles!

Ogden Soccer ⚽
Ogden Soccer Drills are canceled this week because of farm days but they will have a booth for you to learn more about their organization and sign your children up if you would like to!

Live Music 🎹
Caleb & The Canvas start music at the main stage at 9:30 am, following them at 11:30 am are Bill n Diane! There will be music at busker stations up and down the street as well so keep your ears open!
