Sesquicentennial Vendor Registration

May 10th, 2019 marks the 150th Anniversary of the completion of the Transcontinental Railroad with the famed golden spike. The Ogden Downtown Alliance, in partnership with Ogden City and Visit Ogden, is expanding the annual Heritage Festival to celebrate this monumental anniversary.

The 150th (or sesquicentennial) will be celebrated over a three day period, May 9th-11th in the heart of downtown Ogden. Not only will Union Pacific be bringing in the 844 and 4014 for a re-enactment of the line connection, our downtown partners are putting on a three day festival to help residents and visitors understand our history and our future. With activities located inside Union Station and stretching up Historic 25th Street for all three days there are many ways to get involved.

We are anticipating attendance at this event to be over 200,000 people. Please register with these numbers in mind. You will likely need to plan for staff shifts, additional inventory, etc. Festival hours are 9 am to 9 pm daily, and the event will take place regardless of weather.

Please be sure to read the guidelines prior to applying. Your application fee is nonrefundable, regardless of your acceptance, for any reason. Please also note that electricity is in short supply and you must identify your needs on the application.
